Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates represents a complete transformation of a former warehouse-style structure into a modern, sophisticated corporate facility for a busy law firm specializing in real estate, business, and construction law, managed by an experienced office construction contractor.
Both the interior and the exterior of the previous structure was reconstructed and renovated to create a new 17,000-square-foot facility with a highly visible presence on Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers. The firm’s new updated space includes 20 offices, conference rooms, storage space, a kitchen and other amenities. There is also additional space in the building for future tenants.
