Construction of a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and office complex for Greenscapes of Southwest Florida was completed in December 2018. The new facility at 16100 Lee Road, north of Alico Road in southern Fort Myers, is used to store and service lawn equipment, hold business meetings and provide staff training. Its central location between U.S. 41 and I-75 will allow the company to better serve clients in Lee County, where it works with 75 to 100 homeowner associations. The family-owned company also has two branches in Naples and one in Punta Gorda. The company plans to employ about 100 supervisors and laborers at the new location which features a modern design with distinct architectural elements, and its interior features both office space and large warehouse areas to securely store equipment and chemicals.
