As one of SWFL’s most established design-build general contractors, we are the “go to” for tilt-wall and design-build developments. GCM was started the same year as the Tilt-Up Concrete Association and we won our first TCA award in 2002 for the Hope Lutheran Church project in Bonita springs, featuring swooping and bowed concrete panels. We have won 5 TCA awards since, one in 2007, two in 2008, 2009, and 2019, spanning every project type from residential to commercial. Among these are two first-in-the-world projects delivered by our marine construction company, Hamilton Harbor Marina in Naples (the world’s first solid concrete dry storage boat barn) and Gulf Star Marina in Fort Myers Beach (the world’s first fully automated dry storage boat barn) GCM also boasts several DBIA awards, Summit Design-Build awards and more.
