GCM Contracting Solutions announces the construction of a 38,400-square-foot flex warehouse facility in East Cape Commerce Park, 917 East Industrial Circle in Cape Coral.
Groundbreaking of the flex warehouse facility with dock-level loading bays, is planned for July, with leasing and completion anticipated in January 2020.
The project manager for GCM is Rudley Lewis, and job superintendent Lee Zuza.
